Founded in 2016 in the heart of Paris, Maison Lemoine is the first French wedding dress house offering ready-to-wear "prêt-à-aimer" collections for today's women. By your side for your happy days, we offer an alternative to the traditional wedding dress with accessible and easy-to-wear and wear-again outfits for big and small occasions.

Imagined and designed in our Parisian workshop, our creations are intended to reveal the unique character of each woman. The pieces are designed so that each future bride can put them together and thus find the style that suits her.

Claire Lemoine
Our story is told in a feminine way. Behind Maison Lemoine is Claire, our designer with an original career path. With a law degree, nothing destined Claire for fashion, which she was nevertheless passionate about. First a lawyer for a few years, she hung up her black dress to design white dresses. After returning to fashion design studies at the Parsons School of Design in New York, then collaborating with prestigious fashion houses – including Lanvin and Marchesa – Claire embarked on the Maison Lemoine adventure in 2016.
“The idea of creating Maison Lemoine came to me while looking for a bridesmaid dress for my best friend’s wedding. I kept in mind the fascinating memory of an over-assumed vision of marriage and the plethora of offers that the Anglo-Saxons could propose, both for the bride and for the guests. Once back in France, I found myself confronted with the little choice that French brands offered, the world of marriage often being limited to the white dress. So I decided to make my own dress, as well as those of my friends. This is how Maison Lemoine was born. With the success of the Guests line, and having many requests for ready-to-wear white dresses, I launched the first white collection in January 2018. Today, with my design team and my workshop, I still have as much pleasure in imagining and creating the perfect white outfit for the bride and more fashionable and colorful collections for her guests, or for any other special and festive occasions.
